Knowing We Are One

(Timothy Harada ティムハラダ)
Written and sung by Timothy Harada
This is a song Timothy wrote in 2002 for his older brother's wedding. However, the song wasn't complete before the wedding, so he ended up writing and performing a different song for the wedding, "With You; With Me."

Richie Gill played all the instruments and pragrammed the drums on this recording, along with operating the recording equipment. It is the second song they have recorded at Richie's house and hopefully many more will be forth coming.

Sometimes
It’s hard to believe there’s a key
To every door
How many doors must I opened up?
To think there’s something more… Here.
Here you are
Illuminating my evening skies
Brighter than the stars.
Brighter than the stars

Bluer than the deepest blue
Brighter than the sun
A feeling of such serenity
Knowing we are one

I’ve been through the longest nights
Traversed across the raging sea
I’ve come upon so many souls
None so in tune with me… As you.
You make me want to cry
Not feeling sad this time
But feeling so alive.
Feeling so alive.

Bluer than the deepest blue
Brighter than the sun
A feeling of such serenity
Knowing we are one

When I look into my life
I see your glowing face
When I reach inside of me
I feel your loving grace

Sometimes
It’s hard to believe there’s a key
To every door
How many doors must I opened up?
To think there’s something more… Here.
Here you are
Illuminating my evening skies
Brighter than the stars.
Brighter than the stars
